Harmonies of Hope is a children’s transplant choir based in London. It was founded in 2018 to support paediatric transplant patients and their siblings from Evelina Children’s Hospital. In 2019 the choir expanded to support children from Great Ormond Street Hospital. Members of the choir have either received or are waiting for an organ transplant, or are the sibling of a transplant patient.

Through musical, social and educational opportunities we provide a safe place for children and families to connect and reflect on their life changing experiences.
